Declaration & Resolves presents a statements of complaints as to the treatment of law abiding gun owners by the State of Maryland and demands for Maryland to modify its Constitution to protect gun owners.  That web page documents the complaint paragraphs by linking the opening word "Whereas" to information explaining and justifying the complaints.

        Petition presents the Declaration & Resolves in a form that signatures of support can be collect.  When the petition is finalized and signatures are collected, we intend to present this petition to the Maryland legislature as a demand for relief from current abusive practices. 

        Recent Changes shows the updates to this site.  Most of these updates come from additions to the "Politician's Filecabinet."  That filecabinet is a web based information collection and storage facility establish so that MCRKBA allies can record public information about Maryland elected officials (see Delegate Info and Senator Info).  We hope to use the filecabinet to insure that RKBA opponents do not have their abuses forgotten when elections happen.  So, this information is collected to support the campaigns of our friends.  The most recent updates are shown at the top of the page.

        State Constitutions show the clauses in the Constitutions of the various states which acknowledge the right of the people to keep and bear arms.  In addition to the clauses, links are provided to locations where the whole Constitutions of these states may be found.  The links appear in a list of the states, near the specific clauses shown and, at the top of the page, as a map with linked areas from the states.

        Constitutional Rights contains a brief paragraph discussing the term "Constitutional Rights" and how use of that term can confuse our thinking.  Links to the pamphlet, The Constitutional Rights of the People of America, are given.  This well written pamphlet by an anonymous American was prepared in the 1920's when government excess during prohibition threatened liberty.  We need to study this again today.

        Calendar contains a time display of significant Maryland RKBA events.

        Senator Info contains a list of Maryland State Senators, their E-mail addresses (if existing), and a link to each of their folders in the politician's filecabinet (click on "R" to the right of the Senator's name).  The link takes you to material about that Senator on this web site.  RKBA activists may store information in this filecabinet, however, they must contact Phil Lee for a password to have access.  Only factual and accurate information will be permitted to be stored (no flames, no diatribes please).  Clicking on the Senator's name addresses an electronic message to him or her.

        Delegate Info contains a list of Maryland Delegates, their E-mail addresses (if existing), and a link to each of their folders in the politician's filecabinet having a similar functionality as the Senator page.
