Entitled: Gun Shows - Sales or Transfers of Unregulated Firearms
Synopsis: Requiring that a sale or transfer of an unregulated firearm from the premises of a gun show be governed by the same waiting period, application, criminal background check, and other requirements that govern secondary sales of regulated firearms.
